What does MPC Consulting do?
Resource communications and consulting: identity, websites, investor presentations, white papers and market research – with business development support, funding applications and defined project mandates for sales, marketing, business development and research.
Why communications and business development under one roof?
Because corporate and business development are only as strong as the foundation beneath them. Every conversation with an investor, partner or offtaker rests on what comes before it: a clear story, presented with a look and feel that stands apart, and grounded in rigorous data and research. MPC builds that foundation – and stands beside you as you build on it.
How do we start?
There are two ways to start. A free 30-minute call: send your deck or website link and get an honest first read and a view on fit – book it directly. The Positioning Review (AUD 4,500 + GST, fixed fee): a working session on your goals and audiences, then a review of your investor presentation, your website and one further document of your choice (for example a fact sheet, quarterly report or recent announcement) through the eyes of the investors and partners you need to reach. You receive an audience map, a materials review, your five priority changes ranked by impact, a core story with key messages for each audience, and a costed action plan – yours to implement with MPC or on your own – within five working days of the session and receipt of your materials, presented in a 60-minute findings meeting. The full fee is credited against any project of AUD 15,000 or more commissioned within three months of the findings meeting. The credit is not refundable or transferable.
Do you only work in critical minerals?
No. MPC Consulting works with resource companies across commodities, with the deepest experience in rare earths, lithium, graphite, vanadium and battery materials.
Who will I be working with?
The core team: Michael Prassas, founder of MPC Consulting in Perth, with fifteen years marketing, selling and buying critical minerals, supported by Phúc Hoài Trương Nguyễn in research and client delivery. Specialists join where a project needs them; Michael stays your single point of contact.
